Responsibilities

effective fire support during combat missions
performing combat (special) tasks as part of a crew based on armored vehicles
maintenance of guns, machine guns and BK in good condition
compliance with safety rules and fire tactics
control of a combat vehicle
the use of navigation systems to accurately determine the location and guidance of the combat vehicle on the target
observance of military discipline and statutes

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
knowledge of safety rules
ability to work in a team
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
willingness to constantly learn and develop
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions

mobilization directly to a military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the tasks, the place of their execution, as well as the title + additional payment of 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days (totally calculated) of tasks on the front line
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
vacation according to the schedule and in the presence of family circumstances that are determined by law
legal support and psychological support
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (optional), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
