Responsibilities

implementation of components of research works, operational tasks and development work on the problems of development and operation of information security systems, complexes (means) of information protection in information and communication systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
mathematical and software for the functioning of automated systems, information security systems and cybernetic security
organization of information protection and cyber security in information and telecommunication systems
organization and conduct of cyber warfare
use of cyber intelligence, cyber defense and cyber influence units
operation and repair of complexes (means) of information protection and cyber security in information and telecommunication systems

availability of a master's degree
availability of tactical level of military education
experience of service as a battalion commander or the Ministry of Emergency Situations, graduate of adjuncture
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience of scientific work in the specialty for at least 5 years, at least 5 publications (patents), and in the presence of a scientific degree - without requirements for work experience or experience of military service for at least 5 years
presence of leadership qualities
experience of participation in hostilities (operations) is desirable
experience of scientific, scientific and pedagogical work in the specialty for at least 3 years
ability to react quickly to changes in the situation
availability of scientific works, participation in research works (R&D)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
