Responsibilities

organization and coordination of the work of the department of innovation and digitalization
analysis of modern technologies, digital solutions and innovative developments that can be used in the activities of departments, search, evaluation and initiation of the introduction of new technological solutions
organization of interaction with Ukrainian and foreign technology companies, startups, manufacturers and developers
coordination of the implementation of digital and innovative projects from idea to practical implementation
determination of technological needs of departments and formation of proposals for their solution
implementation of digital tools to improve the management, communication and work of military units
organization of testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions
preparation of analytical materials, concepts, proposals and draft documents on digitalization and innovation
coordination of the work of specialists and project teams involved in the implementation of innovative projects
monitoring of global technological trends and practices of their application in the military sphere
establishing cooperation with volunteer, public, scientific and technological organizations
search for opportunities to attract modern technologies, equipment, software products and expert support

experience in IT, digitalization, innovation, project management, technological development or related fields
experience in team management or implementation of complex projects
understanding of modern digital technologies and trends in their development
ability to quickly analyze new technological solutions and assess the possibility of their practical application

ability to negotiate and build interaction with partners
the ability to work with a lot of information and make decisions in a limited time

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
