Responsibilities

formation of needs for new IT products (information systems and computer programs)
formation and implementation of the brigade's digital development strategy
organization of digital transformation of management processes and staff work
implementation of modern IT solutions, analytics and data accounting systems
automation of internal processes and optimization of workflow
Digital project management: from idea to implementation
coordination of the work of departments in terms of digitalization and integration of solutions
data analysis to support management decisions
participation in planning the activities of the headquarters and increasing the efficiency of management
organization and coordination of digital development of brigade units

experience in managing IT-related projects (programs and project portfolios)
experience in digital transformation / IT / analytics / project management
understanding the principles of digitalization, automation and data management
strategic thinking skills and a systematic approach
ability to work in a multitasking environment and make decisions quickly
high level of responsibility and organization
higher education (IT, systems analysis, cybersecurity, management or related areas)
experience with information systems (CRM, ERP, BI or analogs)
leadership qualities and team management experience
