Responsibilities
- organization of work of the recruiting department
- planning and coordination of recruiters' work
- search and attraction of candidates for military service
- conducting interviews and initial selection of candidates
- advising candidates on the conditions and procedure for military service
- interaction with unit commanders on current personnel needs
- organization and control of support of candidates at the stages of registration
- maintenance and analysis of recruiting reports
- monitoring the implementation of the planned indicators of the department
- development of channels of search and attraction of candidates
- organization of interaction with recruiting centers and other institutions
Requirements
- experience in the field of recruiting, HR or personnel management is desirable
- team management experience is desirable
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- confident use of PC and office applications
- systemic thinking and result-oriented
- responsibility, stress resistance and leadership qualities
- understanding the specifics of military service will be an advantage
