Responsibilities

- organization of secret record keeping
- conducting classes on the basics of protecting state secrets with personnel
- control over the receipt (extension) of a special permit
Requirements
- availability of officer rank
- lack of criminal prosecution and conviction
- access to state secrets under Form 2 will be an advantage
- availability of access to ciphers will be an advantage
