Responsibilities

organization of work and ensuring the proper functioning of the fuel and lubricants warehouse
acceptance, storage, accounting and issuance of fuel and lubricants in accordance with the established procedure
control of the actual availability of fuel and lubricants and regular reconciliations with accounting data
control of the technical condition of tanks, tanks, fuel dispensing equipment and other warehouse property
organization of safe acceptance, storage and release of fuel and lubricants
ensuring compliance with fire safety, labor protection and environmental requirements
control of prevention of leakage, loss, pollution and irrational use of fuels and lubricants
conducting and participating in inventories, checks and reconciliations of fuel and lubricants availability
preparation of applications, reports, acts and other documentation related to the movement and use of fuels and lubricants
interaction with units of the military unit to provide them with fuel and lubricants

knowledge of warehouse accounting of fuels and lubricants, storage and issuance procedures
confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), ability to maintain spreadsheets and understanding of the work of other software products of the Armed Forces
Ability to work with documents
responsibility, organization, stress resistance, leadership qualities
absence of bad habits (alcohol, drugs, gambling addiction)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
