Chief of Staff of Separate Battalion

Responsibilities

organization of the battalion headquarters, conducting combat and planning documentation
monitoring the performance of tasks by the battalion, monitoring the state of units and the level of their combat readiness
organization and control of the communication system in the battalion, ensuring continuous management of units
organization and implementation of measures for the protection of state secrets, covert command of troops
organization of timely and correct delivery to units and services of all orders of the battalion commander and senior commanders (chiefs), as well as verification of their implementation
coordination of the work of deputy battalion commander, heads of groups and services

higher education and officer rank
experience in management / staff positions
knowledge of the principles and procedures for making military decisions, combat regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
confident possession of modern digital control systems and situational awareness (Delta, Nettle, etc.)
high level of self-organization, stress resistance and ability to make decisions quickly
knowledge of standards for planning, risk assessment and organization of provision of units

the possibility of transfer for active servicemen who, according to the conclusion of the VVK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 40 000 to 130 000 UAH depending on the place of execution of tasks
provision of uniforms and means of individual protection, adequate nutrition
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days
social protection and benefits in accordance with the current legislation
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
