Responsibilities
- creation of operations plans and distribution of tasks among platoon/unit members
- directing military operations during combat operations, namely offensive, defensive or special operations
- establishing and maintaining effective communication and interaction with other military units and command staff
- decision-making in difficult combat conditions and taking measures to achieve the set goals
- conducting training and training to improve combat readiness and skills of platoon/unit members
- maintaining discipline and a high level of morality within the unit
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- suitability for military service (no medical contraindications to military service)
- Absence of criminal record
- developed communication and organizational skills
- the Leadership Quality
What We Offer
- Service under contract
- cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000 based on the performance of tasks and combat orders
