Responsibilities

ensuring timely and quality performance of tasks
keeping records and ensuring order in the workshop
continuous improvement of knowledge in the specialty and methodological skills, providing subordinates with an example of exemplary performance of military duty
training and education of personnel, conducting trainings to improve drills and physical endurance
control over material assets and equipment
knowledge of the tactics of the workshop in various types of combat, command of personnel during combat missions
possession of weapons and workshop equipment, ensuring their proper storage and operation
planning and distribution of responsibilities between subordinates
maintaining personnel, weapons and equipment in constant combat readiness

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience in a similar position from 2 years
ability to lead a team and make decisions
responsibility and organization
complete general or vocational education
ability to work in a team and follow established procedures

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
