Responsibilities

organization and provision of reliable and uninterrupted communication
planning the use of communication tools and control systems during tasks
management of communication units and coordination of work of radiotelephonists
control over the technical condition, accounting and preservation of means of communication
ensuring compliance with information security and radio discipline requirements
establishing and maintaining interaction with chiefs of communications of higher staffs and related units
organization and conduct of combat training of personnel of communication units
participation in the planning and maintenance of combat and service activities of the battalion
maintenance of official documentation in the direction of communication
Follow the orders of the battalion commander

having an officer rank or higher education in the field of communications or telecommunications (military or civil)
experience of military service or professional activity in the field of communications is desirable
understanding of the principles of organization and functioning of military communications
developed management skills and experience in personnel management
high level of responsibility, organization and stress resistance
the ability to quickly make decisions and act effectively in conditions of increased load

mobilization until the end of martial law or military service under contract
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
