Responsibilities

clarifying the circumstances and causes of offenses committed by military personnel
organization of official investigations and inspections, collection of evidence
analysis of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of disciplinary or other offenses
preparation of objective and substantiated conclusions, analytical reports on the results of investigations
interaction with law enforcement agencies

availability of officer rank
higher legal education (specialty "Law" or "Law Enforcement")
thorough knowledge of the Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Disciplinary Statute, the Criminal and Administrative Codes of Ukraine
a clear understanding of the procedure for conducting official investigations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
knowledge of PC (Word, Excel)
ability to competently formulate opinions, argue conclusions and draw up official legal documents
experience in law enforcement, legal or military field, especially in the investigation or clarification of circumstances will be an advantage
having a driver's license of category B will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or military service under contract
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 27,000 to 57,000 hryvnias, depending on the assigned tasks and place of service
material, property and food security
annual basic vacation
additional leave for family reasons up to 10 days
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
