Responsibilities

planning and coordinating the implementation of digital solutions in the activities of the battalion
ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems and digital products
determination of requirements for IT solutions taking into account the needs of the unit and the tasks of the service
organization of interaction and compatibility of various digital platforms and systems
development and implementation of the digitalization strategy of the unit
coordination of work with departments, management and external structures on the implementation of digital solutions

more than 5 years of experience in management positions (relevant project experience or experience in IT will be an advantage)
experience in managing multiple teams or products at the same time
experience in staff coordination, mentoring, employee development, performance evaluation and conflict resolution
experience in optimizing processes, working with analytical data and performance indicators
understanding of the life cycle of IT systems, experience in implementing documentation and reporting processes
experience in working with stakeholders of different levels, developed skills in moderation of discussions and team interaction

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
annual leave twice a year for a period of 15 days + 2 days on the road in one direction, as well as vacation for family reasons
annual financial assistance for recovery
service in a support battalion without direct participation in hostilities
