Responsibilities

organization of the group and management of subordinates
interaction with local authorities, communities and humanitarian organizations
analysis of the needs of the civilian population in the area of performing tasks
coordination of humanitarian aid and assistance in evacuation measures
preparation of reports and proposals to the command on civil-military interaction

higher education and compliance with the qualification requirements of the position.
experience in managing people and organizing team work will be an advantage
negotiation, business communication and conflict resolution skills
ability to analyze information, prepare documents and work with office programs
responsibility, stress resistance and willingness to work in difficult conditions

military service in a senior position
cash security and additional payments in accordance with the terms of service
material and medical support according to established norms
the possibility of professional training and professional development
performing tasks in the area of responsibility of the unit, in particular near hostilities
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
