Responsibilities

organization and maintenance of social support of battalion servicemen and their families
coordination of interaction with social protection bodies, local self-government and public organizations on social support issues
collection, accounting and generalization of information on social and domestic needs of personnel
preparation of documents and appeals for social benefits, benefits and guarantees for military personnel
organization of work with the families of the dead, wounded and missing servicemen in cooperation with the relevant structures
interaction with other sections of the battalion headquarters and higher bodies of the Central Executive Service on social support issues
management of a social support group, distribution of tasks and control of their implementation
execution of orders of the head of the section of the Central Executive Service and the chief of staff of the battalion within the competence

Not less than a junior lieutenant.
suitability for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
experience in social protection, social work or administrative activities will be an advantage
knowledge of legislation in the field of social security of military personnel
ability to work with office software (Word, Excel) and military information systems (Army+, etc.)
sociability, empathy, ability to work with people in crisis situations
organizational skills and ability to lead a group

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
