Responsibilities
- organization and coordination of the social support group
- interaction with servicemen and their families on social issues
- control of documentation, accounting and reporting
- interaction with government agencies, social services and humanitarian organizations
- analysis of social needs of personnel and preparation of proposals to the command
- organization of information support for military personnel
Requirements
- the rank of officer
- confident possession of a PC (document flow, reporting, databases)
- experience or understanding of work in the social sphere
- communication skills and ability to work with people
- responsibility, organization and stress resistance
- leadership skills and ability to coordinate the work of the team
