Responsibilities

management of a social support group, planning and control of tasks
interaction with military personnel and their families to provide advice and assistance
organization of events aimed at supporting the moral and psychological state of personnel
coordination of work with other brigade units and external organizations
maintaining the necessary documentation and reporting

communication skills, tolerance, stress resistance
ability to organize the work of others and convey information correctly
ability to work in a team and make quick, informed decisions
availability of officer rank
experience in military service, managerial, staff or analytical work will be an advantage
leadership qualities, discipline and organization
ability to work with documents, analytical materials and office programs

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 27,000 to UAH 127,000, depending on the task and place of service
