Responsibilities

organization of the group's work, distribution of tasks among subordinates and control of their implementation
control and direct drawing up of protocols on administrative offenses (in particular, for violation of legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization)
legal support and consideration of materials on administrative offenses, preparation of draft resolutions
keeping records and reporting on identified offenses, imposed penalties and the status of implementation of issued resolutions
interaction with other law enforcement agencies and the state executive service regarding the collection of fines and compliance with the law

mandatory presence of a certificate of combatant (UBD)
higher education, jurisprudence (higher military legal education is desirable)
knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on administrative offenses, defense and mobilization
skills in drafting procedural documents and conducting official correspondence
confident PC skills at the level of an experienced user: work with browsers, office suites (Excel, Word) and databases
ability to work with large amounts of information
responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail

mobilization until the end of martial law
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
