Responsibilities

organization of work processes of the personnel group
processing and analysis of the received resumes
conducting interviews and tests to determine compliance with the requirements of the future position on personal qualities and professional criteria
ensuring that candidates pass selection measures, including assessment of health, physical development and professional and psychological fitness
organization and maintenance of recruitment documentation
formation, verification, accounting and maintenance of personal files of candidates
ensuring timely and accurate execution of management orders, consulting military personnel on personnel issues
compliance with regulations and military discipline
performance of other tasks related to the work of the personnel group

experience with personnel documentation
knowledge of the requirements of statutes, orders and instructions on record keeping in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ability to work in a team and respect deadlines
attention to detail and high level of organization
responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
officer rank - from junior lieutenant
experience in military service will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
