Responsibilities

organization and training of personnel in accordance with combat and special training programs
managing the work of the training group, distributing tasks and monitoring the activities of subordinate instructors
conducting classes on combined arms, fire and special training
control of the level of preparedness of personnel, organization of knowledge and practical skills testing
accounting of conducted classes, documentation and analysis of training results

availability of appropriate military education, knowledge of regulatory documents, ability to organize staff training and planning operations (combat operations)
the ability to effectively manage a group, plan training, coordinate the work of subordinates and ensure the coherence of the headquarters
ability to assess the situation, prepare proposals to the commander, develop documents and make informed decisions in a limited time.
high level of personal discipline, responsibility for the results of staff training, compliance with the requirements of secrecy and service ethics.
confident use of modern technical means, means of communication and automated control systems, as well as have skills in working with a personal computer (office programs, electronic cards, databases, specialized software)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
annual leave twice a year for a period of 15 days + 2 days on the road in one direction, as well as vacation for family reasons
annual financial assistance for recovery
service in a support battalion without direct participation in hostilities
