Responsibilities
- organization of personnel training: development of training plans, coordination of training and practical classes, conducting briefings and theoretical classes
- monitoring the implementation of curricula: compliance with training standards, assessment of the effectiveness of exercises, reporting on the success of personnel
- development of teaching materials, introduction of modern teaching methods and tools, analysis of best practices and its application
- support of the material and technical base: ensuring the availability of the necessary equipment for exercises, monitoring its serviceability
- assessment of the professional level of personnel: conducting tests and control measures to determine the level of training of servicemen
- identification of problems in the preparation and development of measures to eliminate them
Requirements
- age from 20 years
- higher education degree
- the rank of officer
- experience in a similar position
- confident possession of a computer
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- willingness to learn and develop
- prohibition to use alcohol and narcotic substances
