Responsibilities

development of plans and programs for combat training of battalion units
coordination of shooting, tactical exercises, coordination of units, platoons and companies
monitoring the level of combat readiness and professional training of servicemen
keeping records of preparation results, preparation of reports and orders on the educational process
analysis of the results of hostilities and adjustment of the curriculum in accordance with the real conditions at the front

mandatory presence of officer rank
higher education (military education in the relevant profile will be an advantage)
experience of service in similar or staff positions, as well as combat experience will be an advantage
confident PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel for accounting)
knowledge of combat regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and methods of training personnel
leadership qualities and the ability to manage a large team
stress resistance and readiness to work in an active combat zone

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
