Responsibilities

HR management, organization and record keeping
keeping records of personnel in accordance with the requirements of governing documents
working out the established reports and reports on personnel
bringing orders and other administrative documents to the personnel
carrying out work with personnel on issues of appointment and dismissal from positions, relocation, business trip, selection for training (retraining, advanced training) and management of their career, assignment of military ranks, awarding, dismissal from military service
management and coordination of the work of the unit

higher education degree
experience with personnel documentation
confident user of PC, office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and office equipment
attention to detail and high level of organization
ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions quickly
ability to maintain confidentiality
system thinking, high level of responsibility and developed communication skills
knowledge and ability to apply the requirements of statutes, orders and instructions on record keeping and personnel accounting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from UAH 27,300 to UAH 53,700 depending on the task of the unit
support at all stages of registration from the RTCC and SP to the unit
all social guarantees and privileges provided by the legislation
