Responsibilities

consultation of military personnel on personnel issues
control of quantitative and qualitative changes in personnel as a whole and in relation to each specific serviceman
control of timely and correct display of staff, list and available number of personnel
organization of the work of the personnel group
control over incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring the storage and archiving of personnel documents
optimization of personnel administration and accounting processes
control of the staffing of positions, accounting of vacant positions and preparation of proposals for their recruitment

the rank of officer
experience in the field of personnel administration, personnel management
higher education in management, personnel management
experience in management positions will be an advantage
attention to detail and high level of organization
knowledge of the requirements of statutes, orders and instructions on record keeping in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel)
ability to work in a team and respect deadlines
ability to work with a large amount of information and be quick in decision-making

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
social protection and life insurance
cash allowance from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the task and place of service
annual leave of 30 days + 10 additional days for family reasons
