Responsibilities
- consultation of military personnel on personnel issues
- preparation and execution of documents (orders, orders, reports, etc.)
- control of timely and correct display of staff, list and available number of personnel
- control of quantitative and qualitative changes in personnel as a whole and in relation to each specific serviceman
- control of timely and correct display of staff, list and available number of personnel
- control of the staffing of positions, accounting of vacant positions and preparation of proposals for their recruitment
- control over incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring the storage and archiving of personnel documents
- organization of the work of the personnel group in accordance with the requirements of the statutes, orders and instructions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Requirements
- attention to detail and high level of organization
- the rank of officer
- higher education degree
- ability to work in a team and respect deadlines
- confident PC user
