Responsibilities

organization of work and management of the battalion personnel group
organization and control of personnel records, staff records and registration of personnel documentation
interaction with higher staffs, recruitment centers and other military authorities on staffing issues
control over compliance with military discipline, preparation of relevant reports and consideration of personnel appeals
work in specialized information systems and databases of personnel accounting

availability of officer rank
in-depth knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine on military service, regulatory framework and guidance documents in the field of personnel management
experience in personnel management, staffing or staff work
confident PC skills, knowledge of specialized software and office suites
high level of responsibility, leadership skills, organizational skills and ability to work with large amounts of information
complete higher education

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 25 000 + additional payments up to 50 000 UAH depending on service conditions
material support: issuance of uniforms, shoes and equipment in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces
medical care: free treatment in military and state medical institutions
annual paid leave of 30 days + additional leave for family or treatment
opportunities for professional development, training, courses, including foreign programs
competent command, clear performance of official duties
support during the passage of RTCC, VLC and during training
permanent residence in the location of the unit
