Responsibilities

organization of the work of the personnel group in accordance with the requirements of the statutes, orders and instructions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
control of timely and correct reflection of the number of personnel
preparation and execution of documents (orders, orders, reports, etc.)
optimization of personnel administration and accounting processes
consultation of military personnel on personnel issues
control over incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring the storage and archiving of personnel documents

higher education in management, personnel management
experience in team management, process implementation, policy formation
experience in the field of personnel administration, personnel management
knowledge of the requirements of statutes, orders and instructions on record keeping in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
advanced user of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, electronic document management systems
knowledge of English at level B1 and above
experience in military service and officer rank will be an advantage
respect for deadlines, attention to detail, pedantry, ability to work in a team

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task
full provision of all necessary equipment and equipment
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
social protection and life insurance
professional team and support of colleagues
service in a legendary unit with combat experience since 2014
