Responsibilities

assessment of the psycho-emotional state of servicemen, identification of signs of combat and emotional exhaustion
organization of individual and group measures of psychological assistance, stabilization and prevention of stress reactions
managing the work of the combat stress control group, planning measures for psychological support of personnel
interaction with unit commanders on the state of personnel, providing recommendations on the distribution of tasks and rest
documentation, preparation of reports on the psychological state of the unit, development of proposals for improving the psychological stability of servicemen

higher education in the field of "Psychology" (education in the field of military, crisis psychology will be an advantage)
in-depth knowledge in psychology, physiology of stress
skills in providing psychological assistance in extreme situations
team management experience, leadership skills
confident knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), the ability to quickly master new software
empathy and resistance to stress
ability to maintain confidentiality, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
the presence of the officer rank will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 130 000 UAH depending on the task and place of service
