Responsibilities

participation in planning and implementation of measures of moral and psychological support of the military unit
psychological support of personnel during combat (service) tasks, preparation and restoration of combat capability
psychological diagnostics, assessment of the psycho-emotional state and determination of the level of psychological stability of military personnel
organization of monitoring of the moral and psychological state of units and taking measures to stabilize and improve it
identification of servicemen who need increased psychological attention, implementation of their psychological support and maintenance of appropriate records
conducting psychological assistance, counseling, crisis response and psychological intervention activities
participation in activities of psychological training, adaptation and recovery of personnel
interaction with unit commanders on issues of moral and psychological state of servicemen
organization of accounting, official documentation and reporting in accordance with applicable requirements

higher education with a degree in Psychology
the presence of an officer rank or the possibility of appointment to an officer position
Use of PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
experience of practical psychological work will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of military psychology and moral and psychological support
responsibility, stress resistance, attention to detail and the ability to work under high load conditions
willingness to work in a team and interact with personnel of different categories

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 27,000 + additional cash reward of UAH 30,000 based on the performance of tasks and combat orders
military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
