Responsibilities

control over the state of physical training, sports activities in units and physical development of personnel
providing methodological assistance to unit commanders regarding the organization and proper methodology of all classes and involvement of military personnel in physical improvement
development of plans for sports and mass work of the military unit, holding competitions, championships and other sports events
selection of candidates for sports teams of the unit and management of their training
keeping records and reporting - together with the chief of staff to keep records of measures and results of physical training of personnel
conducting morning physical exercises, training sessions and mass sports work with personnel
maintenance, improvement and use of sports property and educational and material base
check the level of physical fitness of military personnel

higher military or civil education (physical culture and sports are desirable)
mandatory completion of special training courses in military training units of higher educational institutions
officers with practical experience of military service (or participation in hostilities)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
