Responsibilities

collection, generalization of documents that are the basis for receiving appropriate payments by military personnel and personnel
timely submission to the high command of extracts from orders and other documents that are the basis for the implementation of appropriate permanent and one-time payments to military personnel of monetary support and wages to employees
receiving from personnel complaints, suggestions regarding incorrect, incomplete or overtime accrual of monetary support to military personnel and salaries of employees, assistance to such persons and taking measures to carry out the appropriate recalculation, while reporting to the head of the social benefits sector on the presence of such persons, problematic issues
work to explain to the personnel about the changes taking place in the current legislation on the financial support of military personnel and employees, as well as to clarify the structure and amount of proper permanent and one-time payments to military personnel of monetary support and wages to employees
assistance to persons discharged from military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as members of their families in the preparation of documents for the appointment of benefits and assistance
control of the application from persons dismissed from military service and members of their families of documents for the appointment of pensions by the Pension Fund bodies in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Pension Provision of Persons Dismissed from Military Service and Some Other Persons" and sending them to the higher command
timely submission of established reporting on subordination
acceptance of documents from mobilized persons for one-time, targeted, material assistance, for the implementation of the city target program for the organization of military service, performance of military duty, mobilization training and territorial defense in the city of Kyiv and further submission in electronic and paper form to the higher command

Requirements

higher education in "Accounting and Auditing", "Finance" or related specialties will be an advantage
experience in financial departments of budgetary institutions or accounting of commercial enterprises from 1 years will be an advantage
experience in financial departments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
confident knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting and budgeting
