Responsibilities

clear fulfillment of the tasks of the unit commander
deployment, roll-out, guidance of a mortar installation
destruction and suppression of enemy manpower
maintenance and maintenance of the mortar installation in good condition
high-quality guidance, prompt restoration of guidance after a shot and adjustment using a sight
continuous improvement of their professional skills
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
preparation for the use of mortar and ammunition, including transport, deployment, camouflage and roll-out
ensuring proper storage of ammunition and compliance with safety regulations
compliance with safety rules when working with mines, firing and servicing mortar

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
physical and psychological endurance
ability to work in a team and perform tasks
high level of motivation and stress resistance
readiness to work in the combat zone
full fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
the opportunity to obtain the status of a participant in hostilities
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
