Responsibilities

search, attraction and support of partnerships with companies, foundations, influencers, individual donors, communities, reporting to partners
preparation of fundraising proposals: letters, presentations and additional materials
organization of the launch and administration of fundraising to support the unit
organization and holding of events/events to promote meetings
creating and maintaining a database of partner contacts in the CRM system
analysis of the effectiveness of the meeting, identification of problem points and suggestions for improvement

higher education degree
at least 1 year of experience in attracting partners
high communication skills, negotiation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
will be an advantage of proficiency in English at a level sufficient for working communication
analytical and organizational skills
responsibility, initiative, attention to detail
project management experience will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
