conducting systematic communication with existing and potential partners, project participants, agencies, and media

responsibility, initiative and attention to detail
ability to build a project process in a dynamic environment
⁠proactivity, ability to take initiative, look for solutions and effectively organize processes

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000, depending on the conditions of service

guaranteed annual paid basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
