Responsibilities
- IT project management from initiation to commissioning
- planning of terms, scope of work, resources and risks
- setting tasks and monitoring team performance
- preparation of status reports, meeting minutes, project documentation
- interaction with customers (unit commanders) and performers
- managing requirements, priorities and changes in the project
- work with tools: Jira, Confluence, M365
- analysis of results and preparation of materials for retrospective
Requirements
- more than 1 year of experience in IT or participation in IT projects or related military / civilian experience in the field of IT, automation, digitalization
- understanding the basic principles of project management
- the ability to plan their own work and control the execution of tasks
- experience in preparing reports and meeting minutes
- developed communication skills
- willingness to work with documentation
- higher education (IT, cybersecurity, automation, management, communications) is desirable
- a basic understanding of requirements and risk management
- confident use of Jira, Confluence or analogues
- experience in M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Planner)
- Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL certificates
- experience in service in management bodies (headquarters) will be an advantage
