Responsibilities

setting up, maintenance and control of mobile communication means of the company: hardware machines, portable and stationary means, repeaters
monitoring the quality of communication channels: signal strength, interference, connection stability; prompt response to failures
diagnosis of causes and troubleshooting of means and communication lines; initiation of equipment for repair, if it is impossible to restore on the spot
ensuring proper operation and storage of fixed equipment: performance of routine maintenance, scheduled maintenance, maintenance of technical logs
organization of work of mobile and portable radio stations: issuance, reception, control of efficiency, adjustment for tasks of departments
participation in combat / service tasks as part of a communications company: maintaining continuous communication, prompt restoration of channels on movement routes
compliance with the requirements of safety and information protection when working with communication and power equipment

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary special/technical education (communication, radio engineering, electronics, IT, auto/electromechanics) is desirable
basic knowledge of the structure of military communications: radio stations, hardware, switches, modems, repeaters, mobile communication nodes
skills in setting up, operating and basic repair of radio and telecommunication equipment: fault diagnosis, replacement of units/cables, routine maintenance
PC ownership at the level of a confident user: work with technical documentation, simple network settings, tabular registries
experience in working with mobile / field communications or as a mechanic / operator in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is desirable

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 + additional cash reward from UAH 30,000 to 100,000 based on the performance of tasks and combat orders
military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation
