Responsibilities

preparation of UAVs for use
maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting in UAV systems
carrying out scheduled and emergency repairs of UAVs
maintenance and adjustment of related equipment for UAVs
constant search for new technological solutions
preparation of reports on the work done
execution of combat orders as part of the unit
support of weapons in constant combat readiness
observance of military discipline, laws of Ukraine, laws and guiding documents of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
continuous improvement of their professional skills
compliance with safety rules and fire tactics

age from 25 years
secondary education, specialized secondary education, basic higher education
experience in maintenance, diagnostics and repair of electronics, electrical engineering
understanding of the basic principles of circuitry
the ability to read electrical circuits will be an advantage
experience as an engineer/electrician will be an advantage
experience in UAV control will be an advantage
experience with explosives will be an advantage
availability of education and experience in sapper business will be an advantage
experience with civil or agricultural drones will be an advantage
readiness for business trips to the combat zone
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
absence of convictions
experience in military service will be an advantage
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
willingness to constantly learn and improve their own technical and combat skills
willingness to work in a team
responsibility and attention to the details of the tasks
the desire to succeed in fulfilling the tasks, focus on the result

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
service in the combat zone
monthly guaranteed cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the complexity and location of the tasks
annual additional payment for health improvement in the amount of monthly cash security
annual basic leave and additional leave from 10 days for family reasons
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and proper nutrition
free medical care
