Responsibilities
- timely maintenance of weapons, preparation of weapons for firing
- performing combat missions as part of a unit with the provision of accurate fire
- observation of the battlefield, detection of the enemy and transmission of information to the commander or department

- willingness to constantly learn and develop
- age from 18 years
- high level of motivation, discipline and stress resistance
What We Offer
- contract service for a period of 1 year
- cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
- extraordinary passage of the VLC
- completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
- compensation for housing during the service
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
- paid vacation for rest and recovery
- annual financial assistance for recovery
- training and professional training to improve skills and acquire new skills
- the status of a participant in hostilities
- career growth and opportunities for professional growth
- service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- cash allowance from 40 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses for taking prisoners)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
