Responsibilities

performing combat missions as part of a unit with the provision of accurate support fire at medium and extended distances
destruction of priority targets that are outside the effective firing distance of an ordinary shooter
supporting the unit's maneuver with accurate fire, covering the offensive, retreat and movement
observation of the battlefield, detection of the enemy and transmission of information to the commander or department
timely maintenance of weapons: care for a Marxist rifle, optics, brackets, preparation of weapons for firing
maintenance of weapons in good condition, control of ammunition and accessories (bipod, flashlight, goggles, rangefinder)
work from shelters and positions, choosing the best point for conducting accurate fire without disrupting the formation of the unit

aged from 18 years
absence of medical contraindications, fitness for military service for health reasons
satisfactory moral and psychological state
absence of outstanding convictions
absence of alcohol or drug addiction
readiness to perform the duties of military service in the zone of active hostilities
motivation to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and protect the sovereignty of the state
willingness to constantly learn and develop

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
participation in the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression
opportunity to study in this specialty
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
