Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of mortar calculation
training, maintenance of mortar / other weapons and ammunition for combat use, bringing ammunition for firing
maintaining in good condition and combat readiness of personal and regular weapons, their mechanisms and ammunition
Follow the instructions of the commander of the calculation
control of the amount of ammunition at the position, assessment of its condition and a reliable report to the commander of the calculation
acquisition and maintenance of a high level of fire and professional training, continuous improvement of acquired skills

education basic secondary, secondary specialized or higher
having combat experience will be an advantage
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
physical endurance and readiness for active physical work
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
willingness to constantly learn and develop
the desire to effectively perform combat missions and destroy the enemy

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
material and property support, in particular, personal protective equipment, accommodation, food, medical care
training before entering the position, the possibility of professional training if necessary
annual basic leave during martial law for up to 30 days
