Responsibilities

performing tasks in a dedicated area of responsibility
support and maintenance of weapons and special equipment
cover and fire support of personnel
maintenance of weapons, elevation and preparation of ammunition for firing
monitoring the signals of the commander of his unit and the results of shooting
execution of tasks to defeat the enemy as part of the mortar calculation
systematic inspection of the state of weapons, sighting devices, loading and guidance mechanisms, their maintenance, immediate elimination of identified malfunctions and report them to the squad commander

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
willingness to constantly learn and improve skills
resistance to stress
responsibility and organization
good motor skills and attentiveness
refusal to use alcohol and psychotropic substances

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation up to UAH 220,000
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
full social package (30 days of paid vacation, payment of "health", 10 days of paid vacation "for family reasons", etc.)
