Responsibilities

diagnostics, maintenance and maintenance of various types of UAVs (copters, FPVs, wings)
firmware, setting up flight controllers and testing drones before combat use
electrical installation works: soldering boards, replacement of motors, video transmitters, antennas, cameras, etc.
modernization of the hardware and software part of the UAV, development and integration of non-standard engineering solutions (discharge, initiation systems)
analysis of the technical reasons for the loss of sides under the influence of enemy EW and implementation of solutions to improve the stability of communication
needs planning, accounting of radio parts, components and consumables for the workshop
continuous professional development in training centers and independently

age from 18 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
understanding of the basic principles of radio electronics, aerodynamics, circuitry; ability to read electrical circuits
confident skills in electrical installation and soldering (including small components), the ability to use a soldering station, multimeter and other specialized equipment
experience with UAVs (assembly, repair of FPV drones or aircraft modeling) will be a significant advantage
proficiency in English at a level sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
High level of military discipline

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
contract service for a period of 1 year
cash allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the task and place of service
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract)
extraordinary passage of the VLC
enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.)
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
full basic military training (BZVP) and professional coordination (including with foreign instructors)
full provision of modern uniforms, body armor, personal protective equipment (PPE) and full nutrition
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
full medical care, free treatment and guaranteed financial compensation in case of injury
guaranteed annual basic leave for a period of 30 days + additional days for family reasons
