Responsibilities

organization of educational work of subordinate cadets and monitoring the quality of their training
conducting classes on combined arms disciplines
participation in exercises and classes on tactical training
organization and management of military training and practice of cadets
timely decision-making and readiness to be responsible for their consequences
rapid response to changes in the environment

level of education - Bachelor
level of military education - tactical
experience as a platoon commander, engineer or graduate of a higher education institution
presence of leadership qualities
ability to work with personnel
mandatory experience of participation in hostilities (operations)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
