Responsibilities

preparation of the machine gun for combat, loading and care of weapons
providing cover for the unit during the offensive or defense
selection and occupation of a firing position taking into account the tactical situation
machine gun maintenance and basic repairs if necessary
operation and maintenance of machine-gun armament
destruction of detected targets at the command of the squad commander or independently
performance of combat missions as part of the unit
collecting and transmitting information about the location and movement of enemy manpower and equipment
compliance with safety when working with weapons and ammunition
preparation and arrangement of the firing position

Requirements

age from 18 years
accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
good physical form
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
physical endurance and readiness for high physical exertion
ability to work in a team, discipline, responsibility
high level of motivation and stress resistance
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
discipline and ability to strictly follow orders
⁠no dependence on alcohol and narcotic substances

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
