Responsibilities
- performance of combat missions as part of a unit (defense, offensive, engineering equipment, stabilization measures)
- Orders of the Commanders
- providing fire support during combat operations
- providing cover for the unit during the offensive or defense
- ensuring accuracy and high efficiency in shooting from machine guns
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- good physical form
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- high level of motivation and stress resistance
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel
- the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
- guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
- free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
- service in the zone of active hostilities
