Responsibilities
- performance of combat missions as part of the unit
- Orders of the Commanders
- ensuring the efficient and safe use of machine guns
- ensuring accuracy and high efficiency of shooting from machine guns
- constant maintenance of weapons, equipment and ammunition in combat readiness
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- absence of health problems that would interfere with combat missions
- ability to carry out basic repair and maintenance of weapons
- ability to work effectively in stressful and extreme situations
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
- having combat experience will be an advantage
- accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- financial compensation in case of injury during hostilities
- guaranteed annual basic leave + family leave
- providing a full set of equipment, food and other needs
- timely payments of combat, registration of UBD and assistance in solving related issues
