Responsibilities

effective use of a machine gun to perform tasks to destroy enemy manpower
constant maintenance of weapons, equipment and ammunition in combat readiness
strict observance of military discipline and execution of orders of the commander
accurate performance of combat missions as part of the unit
continuous improvement of their professional skills

physical endurance and no contraindications to military service
the ability to work collectively and fulfill combat orders of command
readiness to work in the combat zone
complete refusal to use alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances during service
ability to work in extreme conditions and make decisions in stressful situations

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation: annual leave - 30 calendar days, family leave - up to 10 calendar days a year, medical care
social and legal guarantees for the protection of military personnel and members of their families
provision of all necessary means and equipment, proper nutrition
annual financial assistance for recovery
annual assistance for solving social and household issues
the status of a participant in hostilities
