Responsibilities

performing combat missions as part of their unit (defensive operations)
conducting dense fire to destroy and suppress manpower, firepower and lightly armored vehicles of the enemy
reliable cover for the movement of your unit on the battlefield
selection, engineering equipment and careful masking of the main and spare firing positions
regular maintenance of weapons (both domestic and Western models), maintaining it clean and constant combat readiness
control of ammunition consumption and coordination of its timely replenishment

age from 18 years
excellent physical fitness and endurance (the work involves carrying a large weight of equipment, weapons and BC)
readiness to perform extremely difficult tasks in the area of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and high moral and psychological qualities
responsibility, quick response, attentiveness and ability to work in a team (often paired with a machine gunner's assistant)
desire to constantly learn and improve their skills in handling weapons

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
contract service for a period of 1 year
cash allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the task and place of service
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract)
extraordinary passage of the VLC
enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.)
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
full basic military training (BZVP) and professional coordination (including with foreign instructors)
full provision of modern uniforms, body armor, personal protective equipment (PPE) and full nutrition
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
full medical care, free treatment and guaranteed financial compensation in case of injury
guaranteed annual basic leave for a period of 30 days + additional days for family reasons
