Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of a unit (defense, offensive, engineering equipment, stabilization measures)
constant maintenance of weapons, equipment and ammunition in combat readiness
ensuring the efficient and safe use of machine guns
Orders of the Commanders
destruction of detected targets at the command of the squad commander or independently
compliance with the requirements of statutes, discipline
providing cover for the unit during the offensive or defense
operation and maintenance of machine-gun armament

Requirements

age from 18 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
refusal to use alcohol and psychotropic substances
having combat experience will be an advantage
accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
high level of motivation and stress resistance
good physical form
willingness to constantly learn and develop

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
