Responsibilities
- development of a media strategy to support recruiting
- creation of informational and motivational videos, publications, photo and video materials
- collection, processing and dissemination of stories of fighters, military everyday life, initiatives
- interaction with the recruiting team to create high-quality content about vacancies
- search for new channels for communication and attracting candidates to the unit
Requirements
- experience in social networks or creating digital content
- confident possession of tools for photo / video editing will be an advantage
- ability to work independently, initiative, quick reaction to events
- desirable understanding of military topics or willingness to quickly master it
- readiness to work in a combat unit
